Why Are We Demonizing Foods?

We live in a world of extremes.⠀

Mondays carbs are bad for you. Remove all carbs, or you will instantly turn into a pumpkin.

Tuesdays, animal fats, vegetable oils, saturated fats all will kill you.

Wednesdays consuming animal proteins will kill you and the planet.

It seems as if our current paradigm is extreme. Perhaps the answer is somewhat more flexible, and we need to rethink demonizing foods.⠀

With so much information coming from so many different directions, it’s challenging to extrapolate fact from fiction. Perhaps we need to explore more common ground.⠀
