Forever Strong Summit

No Refund Policy:

  • All purchases for the Forever Strong Summit event are non-refundable.
  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the acquisition of tickets, passes, or any related products/services for the Forever Strong Summit is final.
  • We regret that we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or any other unforeseen events.

 

  1. Transfer of Tickets:
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing your attendance, tickets may be transferred to another individual.
  • Requests for ticket transfers must be made in writing to alexia@drgabriellelyon.com at least 14 days prior to the event.
  • The new attendee must agree to these Terms and Conditions before the transfer is finalized.

 

  1. Event Cancellation or Changes:
  • The organizers reserve the right to cancel or make changes to the Forever Strong Summit event at their discretion.
  • In the event of cancellation, reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternative options or compensation.
  • The organizers are not responsible for any costs incurred by attendees in the event of cancellation or changes.

  • Attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses related to attending the Forever Strong Summit event.
  • Attendees are expected to comply with all event rules and regulations, as well as any venue-specific guidelines.

 

  1. Photography and Recording:
  • By attending the Forever Strong Summit event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes.
