Who is Dr. Jocelyn Wittstein?
Dr. Jocelyn Wittstein is an Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Duke University specializing in sports medicine and women's joint health. As a leading researcher and clinician, she’s pioneered work on arthritis, adhesive capsulitis, and the role of hormones in bone and joint aging. She is also co-author of the upcoming book The Complete Bone and Joint Health Plan (May 2025).
