But, I didn’t become a doctor to make money – I became a doctor to help people live LONG, healthy lives.

I wrote my book so that the thousands of people out there (who would never come to my private practice) could benefit from the life-changing information I’ve uncovered through years of research.

I started my podcast to bring the world of medical research to discerning, everyday people who want to be able to make highly informed decisions about their own health.

I created this program because I know that the key to living a long, healthy, vibrant life is within the concepts I teach – and I want as many people as humanly possible to be armed with these tools and ideas.
