I’m not someone who woke up one day and decided to become a health expert in my college dorm. 

I didn’t just go through a quick 2-month nutrition certification that barely touched on the basics. 

I’ve spent DECADES researching longevity and health as a Board Certified Physician with dual research focuses in nutrition and geriatrics (aka – aging well). 

Along the way, I started my concierge medical practice that combines my years of research and experience in traditional medicine with an integrative approach to optimal wellness and high performance. 

I have worked with the world’s top athletes (including Olympians), Navy Seals, and entrepreneurs, helping them to live proactively as they optimize their wellness with a holistic approach that dramatically improves body composition, metabolism, strength, mental acuity, and energy.

I’ve combined YEARS of research and experience from my practice into building out this method, and my team is ready to walk you through the process!

The Foundations of Muscle-Centric Medicine Training

My proprietary approach to improving body composition, metabolism, and overall wellness. This training is the foundation to everything you will be implementing during our 6 weeks (and long after), and will give you a framework to make important decisions about your own personal health and wellness.

6-Week Resistance Training Program

No more guesswork with your workouts. We are giving you our 6-week resistance training program so you can walk into every workout with a plan, example videos, and the confidence that the work you are doing is going to drive results.

Recipes and guides

We don’t do cookie-cutter meal plans over here (because those aren’t sustainable). Instead, we are going to provide you with recipes and shopping lists along with a training guide on how to build your own meal plan – so you can eat what you want and still hit your goals!

Forever Strong Mindset Training Videos

Let’s be honest, a HUGE part of getting in the best shape of your life is in your head. I can give you the most effective plan on the planet (which is what you are getting in this bootcamp), but if you don’t implement it, if you don’t approach it with the right mindset – it will just sit on a virtual shelf and have no real impact on your life. We want you to see real change – so we are diving into the mindset required for success.

Assessments

We are a data driven company that is consistently assessing everything we do to ensure it’s making an impact. Throughout our 6 weeks together, you will do several different assessments to help you better determine progress and focus areas.

Live Q&A call every other week

Working with me is a team of trained nutritionists, PA’s, doctors, and functional practitioners. You will have access to ask all of your questions to my team every other week, so you can get the support you need, removing the guesswork from everything you do. 

Because I want to make this lifestyle accessible to as many people as possible, the investment for all of this is only $247 for the entire 6 week program.

If I read Forever Strong, don’t I know everything you are going to share in this program?
Maybe! The beauty of this program is that it isn’t solely informational. We are here to give you the practical support you need to actually IMPLEMENT with full workouts and recipes for meal plans. Additionally, you get the support from my team on Q+A calls, and in our community chat. The book is a GREAT baseline, but the program is going to help you put it all into action! 
What if I want to work with you 1:1?
I am not currently taking on 1:1 clients, and this program is not 1:1. However, my team of Muscle-Centric trained PAs, physicians, nutritionists, and RD’s are accepting clients through my practice. You can learn more on my main website.
What if I am a vegetarian or vegan?
While we have several options for swapping out meat and dairy, this program does lean heavily on animal based meal options. However, we have team members who can answer questions inside our app on how to make swaps that are equivelent.
Do I need access to a gym for the workouts?
No. Our workouts can be done at home or at a gym. You will however need access to a few sets of free weights.
